What does "white-label" actually mean?

Your logo and colours on the tenant admin console. Your domain on every URL your customer sees. Your pricing when they hit an upgrade prompt. Your support address in every notification. WPPBX stays in the background.

Do I need to be a telephony expert?

No. The Setup Wizard walks you through every step. You need a server to install our engine on (a standard Linux VM is fine), basic DNS control for your domain, and a SIP trunk or carrier agreement for outbound calls. Everything else is configuration, not integration.

How does billing work?

You pay WPPBX a subscription per tenant based on plan and call capacity. You bill your customer whatever you like on top. Annual plans are discounted. All billing runs through Stripe, with Stripe Tax handling VAT / sales tax where applicable.

Where can I use it?

Globally, with three operating models: direct-supply countries where we hold carrier agreements; partner-led countries where a local partner provides the carrier interconnect; and restricted territories where sanctions or regulation make service impractical. What about emergency calling?

WPPBX does not provide emergency-services calling. Whether a call to an emergency number (911, 112, 999, 10111) reaches an operator depends on the carrier or SIP trunk you’ve configured. Every tenant must inform end users of this in writing and maintain an alternative means of contacting emergency services.

How quickly can I start?

Application review is typically 2 business days. First tenant can be provisioned the same day your application is approved — the wizard handles the heavy lifting. Your first MRR tick depends on how fast you sell.
